Update On Life=Death Visits Again…2012?

So yep this death guy sure likes my family!Grandma & aunt marg join mom,dad,bro,daughter,gramps & so won’t be hurtin for company!I sure miss them all alot-Guess we will be together soon enough,especially with 2012 coming up fast…world events seem to be spinning out of control & events unfolding are like a page out of revelations-famines-floods-pestilences-earthquakes-toradoes & hurricanes-we got em all these days including wars & rumours of war!How can anyone even doubt that we are in End Times?Living in sudbury where there are thousands of miles in underground tunnels might prove advantageous,although getting into 1 before dec 2012 is another story all-together!I had hoped to win a lottery so i could then build my own bunker system,but just thought-i am alone-whats the point of living if your by yourself? I try to stay positive but its getting harder to do in todays society-news casts blast stories of death & destruction & yet we still tune into it everyday for the same stuff…K FOLKS GODBLESS & HAVE A GREAT DAY EH!!!

Creating New front Lines of Attack Against HIV-AIDs,Blogs,Vlogs & Video’s 2!

So I’m currently working on a work-shop presentation on creating new front lines of attack against HIV -AIDs-By encouraging PHA’s to start web-sites-pages,diary’s, & useing this form of communication to spread hiv-aids education & awareness….who better to tell about hiv then those that are living & dealing with this condition?I am of the opinion that a new org should be started up by PHA’s For PHA issue’s…Our 2 biggest area’s of concern are housing & addiction,surprised?of course not…this has been needed for a very long time now & still nothing is done…what better time to start such a venture then now?>Sure we are in a DEPRESSION,but if we build from a solid foundation ’ no limits to what can be accomplished…PLWHA’s are human beings that need to be treated with respect & dignity that we all deserve…OH,just a mention about the Ont Aids Networks Leadership Training Program should be taken by all PHA’s regardless of their position in the network.All peoples need to be tested & treated-UNIVERSAL TESTING-& EDUCATION & AWARENESS are the KEYS to winning this WAR against HIV-AIDs!PEACE N LOVE NOT WARS N WALLS EH FOLKS!!!

ON POT GROWERS=ABOOT TIME EH~~~!!!!VOTE NDP & LETS LEGALIZE WEED!!! strikes down regulation limiting growers of medical marijuana Last Updated: Friday, January 11, 2008 | 12:45 AM ET CBC News Canadians who are prescribed marijuana to treat their illnesses will no longer be forced to rely on the federal government as a supplier following a Federal Court ruling that struck down a key restriction in Ottawa’s controversial medical marijuana program. The decision by Judge Barry Strayer, released late Thursday, essentially grants medical marijuana users more freedom in picking their own grower and allows growers to supply the drug to more than one patient. It’s also another blow to the federal government, whose attempts to tightly control access to medical marijuana have prompted numerous court challenges. Currently, medical users can grow their own pot but growers can’t supply the drug to more than one user at a time. Lawyers for medical users argued that restriction effectively established Health Canada as the country’s sole legal provider of medical marijuana. They also said the restriction was unfair, and that it prevented seriously ill Canadians from obtaining the drug they needed to treat their debilitating illnesses. In his decision, Strayer called the provision unconstitutional and arbitrary, as it “caused individuals a major difficulty with access…” Ottawa must also reconsider requests made by a group of medical users who brought the matter to court to have a single outside supplier as their designated producer, Strayer said in his 23-page decision. While the government has argued that medical users who can’t grow their own marijuana can obtain it from its contract manufacturer, fewer than 20 per cent of patients actually use the government’s supply, Strayer wrote. “In my view it is not tenable for the government, consistently with the right established in other courts for qualified medical users to have reasonable access to marijuana, to force them either to buy from the government contractor, grow their own or be limited to the unnecessarily restrictive system of designated producers,” he wrote. Ron Marzel, a Toronto lawyer representing the group of medical users who brought the matter before the Federal Court, called the decision a “great remedy” for his clients. “All this means is that the limit — the one-to-one ratio — it’s the last nail in the coffin for that ratio,” he said in an interview. “The court has said, ‘Look, unequivocally, this is unconstitutional, it’s arbitrary. All the reasons you’ve provided us with so far for this one-to-one ratio, they don’t pass muster. We don’t buy it, we don’t accept it.”‘ The provision had been struck down by the courts before, but was reinstated by the government who contracted Prairie Plant Systems Inc. in Flin Flon, Man., to provide the drug to patients./As a PHA that has to use pot in order to eat- i face RED TAPE & beaurocratic BS. by Drs the refuse to help,politicians throw their hands in the air & do nothing!!! i think the CAS should mandate that 1)pot access for patients, & subsidizing $ spent on medical pot-or reimbursing us at tax time~~!!!Housing is another big issue that need attention.PEACE N LOVE NOT WARS N WALLS EH FOLKS!!!!

So,When are Local ASO’s Going to Start Hiring PHA’s?

As a PHA Speaker on HIV-AIDS i try to keep up-to-date on newest treatments & therapy’s that have been released,stats & figures on studies,of which there are so many!So Y not have 1 place set up to receive & disseminate all HIV info?categorized of course,it would make finding info easier,& Dr’s could also keep updated as well.<p>GI-PA Principles haven’t been mandated here in Canada,but it should be.More HIV+ persons should be hired on at ASO’s & should be run by PHAs altogether!!!Of course many working there now are good peoples but come on lets get off disability & be working peoples again!!!If our own local ASO’s wont hire PHA’s ,why should other places of business’s hire PHAs?Now most of the cash raised for aids is going to administration costs,while clients see ever decreasing services!They get more money & do less & less with it!Access Aids Sudbury needs to get more HIV+ persons involved in paying jobs,PHAs have been asking for this for a long time…as well as a van…to help clients get to Dr’s app.as many have diff walking…the volunteers need some revamping as allot have lost touch with this agency,or so it seems to  me,a client & the co creator of Sudburys HIV Support Group which meets every Wed afternoons at 1:30 – 3:30 at Access Aids sud-bury 111 elm st suite 203,parking at the rear of the building is available,so anyone that is HIV+ & is living in sud-bury algoma district or if your just visiting the area & your poz your more then welcome!!!peace n love folks-HIV+ WARRIORS CREATE YOUR OWN FRONT LINES OF ATTACK AGAINST HIV-AIDS by BLOGGING,WEB-CASTS,VLOGS,WEBSITES/PAGES,VIDEO’S,OR KEEP A DAILY DIARY ON WHAT LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS IS LIKE ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS!!!BREAK THE SILENCE & BECOME A HIV-AIDS WARRIOR TODAY!!!TYPED ON THIS 9TH DAY OF JANUARY,2008.AT 2:30 AM AS I CANNOT SLEEP AS I AM WORRIED ABOUT MY Dr’s APPOINTMENT.i PRAY THAT god CAN GET ME UP ON TIME,IN JESUS NAME I PRAY TO JEHOVAH GOD!!! ONE WATCHED THE PRIMARYS & IT WAS THE SAME AGAIN,OBAMA IS LOOKING MORE & MORE LIKE HE IS GOING TO TAKE THIS ELECTION YEAR 2008 TO WIN THE US PRESIDENCY!!!i WAS KINDA HOPING HE WOULD WIN,WAS HOPING GOUR WOULD RUN REALLY.WE NEED TO MAKE MAJOR CHANGES OF LIVING ,STARTING WITH OUR ENGINES-WE NEED TO CHANGE ALL GAS POWERED ENGINES TO HYDROGEN POWERED ENGINES WHERE THE POLLUTION IS PURE WATER,AS THIS IS ANOTHER RESOURCE WE WILL NEED IN THE FUTURE,THIS MOVE TOWARDS HYDROGEN POWERED ENGINES MUST BE ENTERED INTO SOCIETY AS SOON AS HUMALY POSSABLE!!!wIND & SOLAR POWER SHOULD ALSO BE ENTERED INTO ALL NEW HOMES,WITH BACK -UP GENERATORS U MUST ,SO THAT IF POWER IS INTERUPTED,PEOPLES WILL STILL BE ABLE TO SURVIVE ALONG TIME!!!I THINK ALOT OF FOLKS CAN SENCE SSOMETHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN IN THE NOT TO DISTENT FUTURE,MAYBE I METEOR COMIN OUR WAY?not sure but somethings coming & its not going to a pretty if all the reading i have done is true,or even a minute part of it,whew!!!we are in for some exciting stuff gonna shake rattle & roll!!!PEACE N LOVE & W.W.J.D. Wish i Had Farm & a Tour Bus!!!

This would enable all my family to move in together & help look after my mom.The Tour bus is for going across Canada doing HIV-AIDs Education & awareness talks with 12-25 other HIV+ persons of dif race & cultures,& we would all have cam-corders to tape our views on this journey.When we get to a city we would break into smaller teams & thereby attending more places=depending on how many were traveling along.if we were 12 we could break into teams of 3 & hit 4dif places in the morning & 4dif places in the afternoon!making 8 places where HIV-AIDs storys could be told at at each city each day.The crowd would be able to identify with at least 1 person up on stage,as they would be from all races!This is my dream,& am also thinking ofd starting a group called Positivly Speaking!Watch for it coming soon!!!well folks,thats all for tonight,i wish all my fellow HIV-AIDS WARRIORS PEACE,HAPPINESS & LOVE!!!WATCHED FREDDY MURCURY TONIGHT-GREAT SHOWMAN-GENIOUS REALLY-PEACE N LOVE NOT WARS N WALLS EH FOLKS!!!

Just for Today,Birthday was just Another day-45 yrs now

So ya today was my 45 b-day-& it went uncelebrated.A friend baked me a cke but i forgot it at his place along with my keys!So then i had to call emergency housing to come & let me in,i am hoping my friend finds my keys tomorrow for me.MOM musta forgot it was my birthday,& i must remember to get a calling card.I feel shy alot & this stops me from aproaching woman many times over.Then theres the fact that i am HIV+,this holds me back more then anything.Its Y i never flirt or hit on woman.& its Y i will be single for a long time to come,but thats ok fornow,i am learning about ,myself.Well i guess thats a;ll for now folks,HIV+ warriors break your silence & blog,webcasts ect…create your own front line of attack on HIV-AIDS today!!!PEACE N LOVE NOT WARS N WALLS EH FOLKS!!!!
